Position Summary

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will drive data insights, streamline reporting, and support strategic decision-making to enhance our performance across global markets. This role will focus on leveraging data to optimize forecasting, improve sales, factory and business unit processes, and provide actionable insights for senior management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position is critical in aligning operations with international sales, factories and business units to drive growth objectives and improving on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

1) Business Intelligence

  • Sales & Performance Dashboards: Use global sales, factory and related data to create intuitive reporting and dashboards for senior management, providing insights into sales and business performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company—factories, sales, and business units—to enhance processes and systems related to forecasting and new product introduction, ensuring successful quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) and year-over-year (YoY) growth.

  • Factory Review Reporting: Prepare and deliver Factory Review Reports for Factory Champions.

  • Win/Loss Analysis: Conduct win/loss analyses and present findings to management.

  • Pipeline & Sales Funnel Analysis: Provide in-depth pipeline and sales funnel analysis for Senior leadership.

  • RFQ to HVM Trends & Analysis: Track and analyze trends from request-for-quote (RFQ) to high-volume manufacturing (HVM) stages.

  • Data Quality & Reporting Improvement Projects: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality and reporting accuracy.

  • Salesforce Dashboards: Design easy-to-use dashboards and reports within Salesforce for the sales team.

2) Analytics

  • Market Demand & Customer Insights: Apply strong data analytics to understand market demand and customer behavior, shaping a best-in-class sales strategy and optimizing customer engagement.

  • Business & Customer Trend Analysis: Provide targeted insights and trend analyses to support business units, factories, and the sales team.

  • Strategic Analytical Projects: Engage in strategic, deep-dive analytical projects that align with company performance goals.

  • Industry-Specific Analysis: Leverage semiconductor process knowledge to identify relevant trends and issues within the data.

  • Tools & Systems: Utilize SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, and QlikView for data analysis.

  • Data Quality Monitoring: Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues by tracking trend anomalies.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MS, MBA) preferred.

  • Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales operations and data analytics, ideally within the semiconductor or electronics industries.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, QlikView, and Excel; certifications in these tools are a plus.

  • Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes and systems to effectively support and manage sales operations.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.

  • Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.

  • Analytical Skills: Advanced analytics experience in data mining and AI is a plus
