About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operation Executive at INTELLIAN SINGAPORE PTE LTD', where you will play a vital role in driving the company's sales operations. This full-time position is based in the Jurong East West Region, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with order processing, delivery, invoicing, and payment tracking
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports if required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales operations
• Provide administrative support and help with other sales-related tasks as required
• Inventory Management
• Arrangement of delivery of spares if required.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Operation or in a similar sales support/after sales role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using SAP/Salesforce would be an advantage
• Familiarity with sales processes , order management and logistics
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Proficiency in Korean is not required but will be considered a valuable asset,
