Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (6 Months Contract)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies across OEM (B2B), e-commerce (B2C), and modern trade channels (e.g., Marina Bay Sands, Resort World Sentosa, NTUC, Unity, department stores like BHG, Metro, OG).
- Identify new business opportunities through platforms such as Alibaba, Meta lead ads, and B2B outreach.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs across all channels, providing actionable insights to management.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
Marketing Management & Campaign Execution
- Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns for new products, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.
- Manage digital advertising across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu to increase awareness and conversions.
- Drive influencer marketing, content strategy, and SEO to boost visibility and engagement.
- Align marketing efforts with both online and offline sales goals to ensure consistent messaging and performance.
Channel & Platform Oversight
- Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, KrisShop, iShopChangi, and The Wonder Shop.
- Work with key modern trade retailers to strengthen in-store visibility, shelf space, and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (merchandisers, promoters, warehouse, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution of promotions and inventory availability.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Manage sales and marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with key insights, trends, and recommendations for strategy refinement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health supplement industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical/health supplement industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and production
