Responsibilities include formulating sales plans, client account management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in the hospitality industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality.

Job Summary :

Maximize catering sales revenue and ensure wedding/catering events are executed to guest satisfaction

Job Responsibilities :

  • Formulate effective sales plans to maximize catering events revenue
  • Achieve sales targets for events sales revenue
  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long term relationship
  • Conduct site inspections with potential clients and provide necessary marketing collaterals and information
  • Prepare sales contracts and follow up on contract by engaging clients by ascertaining the customer's requirements
  • Design and propose promotional packages for wedding and corporate events every quarter
  • Prepare Banquet Event Orders
  • Conduct pre-event briefings
  • Gather feedback from guests
  • Follow up on deposits made and ensure all payments are cleared after event
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements :
