We are looking for self-starters to join SIMBA Telecom as a Sales Manager to build and retain relationships with our retailers, clients & strategic partners. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maximise distribution to grow business revenue.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SME client acquisition and revenue growth
Lead, monitor, and manage the SME sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share with SME sector
Build growth and unlock opportunities for SIMBA’s products & services with new & existing partners.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing, product and operations team to enhance customer experience
Prepare sales forecasts and reports
The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management
Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue generation, and client relationship management
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
