Job description

We are looking for self-starters to join SIMBA Telecom as a Sales Manager to build and retain relationships with our retailers, clients & strategic partners. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maximise distribution to grow business revenue.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SME client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Lead, monitor, and manage the SME sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share with SME sector
  • Build growth and unlock opportunities for SIMBA’s products & services with new & existing partners.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders such as marketing, product and operations team to enhance customer experience
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Partner Management
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue generation, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in data-driven sales strategies
