Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall operation and management of retail channels in the Southeast Asian market, both online and offline.
Develop channel strategies, optimize sales performance, and increase market share.
Develop and implement market entry strategies, and drive business growth in Southeast Asian market trends.
Achieve sales targets, monitor sales data, and optimize supply chain and inventory management.
Build a team, improve team performance, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
Enhance customer satisfaction and optimize both online and offline shopping experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management or a related field.
Over 8 years of Sales and Business Development experience within Apparel & Accessories industry.
Familiar with the Southeast Asian market and experienced in both online and offline channel management.
Proficient in e-commerce operations, with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent strategic planning and team leadership skills.
Experience in devising effective digital campaigns and identifying target audiences.
Proven ability to confidently pitch and present ideas to stakeholders.
