Lead and define the strategic direction of the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with budget, volume, revenue, and profitability goals
Mentor and guide the team in growing Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Warehousing, and logistics-related business activities
Collaborate with the Global Sales Director to support company objectives
Monitor customer satisfaction and NPS across segments; drive initiatives to improve performance
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships at local and global levels
Champion change initiatives in line with corporate strategy
Promote best practices across teams to support continuous improvement
Provide input to product teams on value propositions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
Contribute to business planning discussions with headquarters
Develop and lead a high-performing sales team (4–10 direct and functional reports); ensure succession planning for key roles
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and engaging work culture
Proven leadership experience in sales, within the freight forwarding industry
Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Warehousing, and logistics-related operations
Demonstrated success in driving revenue and profit growth
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to leading change initiatives
