Description and Requirements
  • You will be responsible for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and facilitating sales enablement, as well as regulating the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
  • Experience: 15+ years
  • Educational qualification: Any Graduate
  • Build and manage an accurate forecast to achieve quota goals.
  • Understand and execute complex sales contracts.
  • Leverage executive sponsors and other resources to strengthen relationships with client influencers and decision-makers.
  • Use a consultative-selling approach to identify and develop opportunities that lead to profitable revenue growth.
  • Establish strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives in enterprise accounts.
  • Focus on senior management challenges and strategies, acting as a trusted advisor on IT solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer loyalty and trust, as reflected in company surveys and reports.
  • Leverage existing engagements to seed and grow new opportunities.
  • Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipeline activities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Develop growth opportunities through the Account Business Planning (ABP) process.
  • Engage with CXO coverage by initiating outreach.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as a senior sales member.
