About the role

Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd, a leading provider of audio-visual solutions, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in the Kallang Central Region. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with our valued clients. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the continued success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and a deep understanding of their needs
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, actively prospecting and generating new leads
  • Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer service
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive growth
  • Providing regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the audio-visual industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients
  • Existing business network or contacts in at least one of the required verticals (Enterprise, Education, Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), Hospitality & Entertainment)
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions
  • Detailed understanding of audio-visual technologies, products, and industry trends
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a driven and proactive mindset
