Job description

The Role

At FundApps, we’re on a mission to make compliance simple for some of the world’s biggest financial institutions — and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help accelerate our expansion in APAC.

This is a rare chance to step into a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of new business growth in a region full of opportunity. You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious, and genuinely lovely team that cares deeply about what we do — and how we do it.

We’re looking for a driven individual contributor with a hunter mentality, ideally with experience in pre-sales or as an SDR. If you thrive in consultative sales, love crafting creative outreach strategies, and want to play a key part in scaling a fast-growing SaaS business, read on.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Develop and deliver strategic sales plans that target complex financial institutions operating in capital markets
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle — from self-generating and qualifying leads to closing new business with enterprise clients across APAC
  • Run creative, effective outbound campaigns in partnership with marketing and business development to build a strong pipeline
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and identify opportunities to grow FundApps’ footprint
  • Navigate complex sales processes including RFPs, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and legal reviews
  • Manage your pipeline with accuracy and accountability, providing clear forecasting and insight to the team
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with deal sizes of £50,000–100,000+
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts, with a strong grasp of long sales cycles and client decision-making processes
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal skills
  • A proactive mindset — you're motivated, resourceful, and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
  • A collaborative spirit and alignment with our values — we work as a team, win as a team, and support each other along the way
A Few Things To Know Before You Apply
Compensation

The base salary for the role is 170,000 - 180,000 SGD per annum dependent on experience and career level + uncapped commission & accelerators.
Work Eligibility

We require candidates to have permission to work in Singapore without sponsorship. We work hybrid and ask that new FundAppers spend 3 days per week at our Singapore office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other FundAppers.

After that, our policy is at least 1 day per week in the office, though in practice, most teams come in 2 days a week to collaborate, connect, and make the most of our shared space.
Life At FundApps

Work/life balance with flexible hybrid working. Wellbeing benefits such as private health insurance, life insurance, a flexible stipend and mental health coaching. Peer micro-bonuses through Bonusly. £1,000 (S$ equivalent) learning budget each year and unlimited professional development leave. Peer-led ‘Brown-bag lunch’ learning sessions and an annual Learning Festival. 25 days holiday leave + an extra day next year if you use it all + an extra day after 3 & 5 years. 5 Years @ FundApps - additional 4 weeks paid holiday leave during your 5th year as a FundApper. 26 weeks leave for all new parents regardless of gender, location or family structure. Volunteering leave. Birthday off.

We are proud of the diversity of all FundAppers - it makes us strong. We provide flexibility around religious observances and embrace a variety of cultural celebrations! If you’re looking for a workplace where you can just be yourself, you’re in the right place.
