- Design and implement sales strategies for office software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to localize campaigns and promotional efforts for target markets.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
