Job summary

Cognizant in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager-level Service Line Specialist to originate, advance and close Life Sciences Manufacturing sales opportunities. This specialist role requires 8–10+ years in Life Sciences Manufacturing IT/OT sales, strong relationships with senior executives, and a track record in solution/content development for RFx-driven opportunities.

You will drive pipeline growth, partner with MCU and delivery teams, and lead the creation of persuasive proposals and pricing

Qualifications

8–10+ years in Life Sciences Manufacturing IT/OT sales and business development.
Strong networks within the local Life Sciences community and senior executives.
Experience in IT/OT systems integration or consulting for manufacturing labs.
Ability to translate client needs into compelling, value-focused solutions.
Hands-on solution/content development in response to RFx.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and pipeline growth for Life Sciences Manufacturing in Singapore.
Own the growth of Cognizant's Life Sciences Manufacturing business in Singapore.
Develop and execute a regional growth plan for the domain.
Collaborate with delivery, operations, presales, and BU/FP&A teams.
Build executive relationships and shape proposals and pricing.
