A leading vehicle parts company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales in the domestic vehicle parts aftermarket. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, outstanding communication skills in English and Chinese, and strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable, supporting the Sales Manager, and maintaining client relationships. This role offers opportunities for sales development and client engagement.
Job Description
Drive sales in the Singapore domestic vehicle parts aftermarket by managing products, preparing price quotations, responding to customer inquiries, checking supply availability, coordinating delivery schedules, and following up with customers.
Manage Accounts Receivable collection and ensure timely payments. Support and report to the Sales Manager in managing the team to achieve both team and individual KPIs. Handle existing customer sales activities (approx. 80%) and develop new customers (approx. 20%). Maintain good relationship with clients, teammates, and related departments.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore domestic vehicle parts aftermarket. Strong knowledge of the Singapore local vehicle parts aftermarket. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to communicate with English and Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of EV (Electric Vehicle) sales is preferred. Team player with strong customer service orientation.
