The job
We're seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our mission-driven team at TRIA.You'll bring proven experience in B2B consumable products and packaging sales, combined with strong technical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail. In this role, you'll drive sustainable growth by building meaningful client relationships and directly contributing to our vision of driving sustainable packaging.
The scope
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
Sell, articulate, and drive new innovative products to customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of TRIA's sustainable solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
The person
At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales - ideally in F&B, packaging, or related sectors.
A proven record of driving sales and business growth.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong people and communication skills. Good team attitude
