What you have to do

  • Assist with the sales cycle for the local market based on the company’s sales strategic plan, including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation, contract negotiation, and internal order processing
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking, working with the local team to develop sales pipelines and help achieve sales targets
  • Attend client meetings, understand client needs, and prepare compelling business proposals and quotations to effectively address client requirements
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare for and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to approach new customers, generate leads, and promote the company's products
  • Build relationships with customers to support organic growth, ensuring good customer service and repeat business
  • Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 2 years of solid experience in sales or business development within logistics, 3PL, warehouse management, or similar industries
  • Demonstrated success track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales target, and managing corporate (B2B) clients
  • Knowledge in using AutoCAD is highly preferred
