Job Description:

Corporate Sales & Sales Administration (With the potential for future management and operation of the entire company).

・Route sales to existing customers

・Product specification decisions and handling of new customer transactions

・Order receipt and placement arrangements

・Coordination of delivery schedules with customers and product delivery within Singapore

・Export and import arrangements, including the preparation of customs documentation (including tri-party trade)

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Japanese language for customer interactions and coordination with stakeholders from Japan headquarters.
• A Class 3 Driving License for driving in Singapore is required.
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore’s company laws and HR/accounting operations is a plus.
• PC skills: Word, PowerPoint (beginner), Excel (intermediate)
