Job Responsibilities
- Ensure territory achieves sales target through planned activities and capitalizing on current and future market trends.
- Generate sales quotations and prepare tender submissions by collaborating with the sales support staff.
- Maintain good networking with existing accounts.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the medical field, including respective specialties and procedures.
- Work closely with the marketing team to launch new product portfolios and support marketing activities to drive customer sales.
- Understand the customer’s business and requirements clearly.
- Maintain and increase market share by acquiring new accounts.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback efficiently and promptly, collaborating with technical service and operations teams.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Arrange and conduct trials, demos, and related activities to drive sales.
- Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
Your Talents
- Minimum local polytechnic Diploma qualification with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of local medical sales experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus.
- Self-starter, self-manager, motivated, and a team player.
- Meticulous, analytical, with good business acumen, initiative, and openness to feedback and self-development.
- Ability to complete assignments on time.
