JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the expansion of new sales opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
- Actively achieve the prescribed/committed sales volume targets.
- Actively expand our client base, maintain good relationship and build rapport with clients
- Continuously expand scope of business, business channels and market share.
- Assist with managing product inventory, ensure sufficient inventory at all time.
- Provide accurate pre-sales and after-sales services based on product characteristics and also according to client needs.
- Have a thorough understanding of company products, pricing and market strategy in order to negotiate independently with clients to complete consultation, quotation and signing of sales order.
- Follow up with accounts receivable and order delivery status regularly to ensure timely collection and delivery according to regulations. Report any issues faced during the process promptly.
- Maintain good communication and interaction with clients, handle complaints and returns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Collect and report details on market research, front-line marketing information, user opinions and competitor information, in order to provide suggestions on marketing strategy and after-sales services of the company.
- Stay up-to-date on market pricing and provide market analysis, forecast report and work report on a regular basis to the company.
- Any other a-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Minimum “O” Level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good at sales planning and target achievement.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
- PC literate, proficient in Microsoft Office.
