Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with existing sales accounts while actively sourcing and developing new business opportunities.
Achieve sales and profitability targets as set by the management.
Attend client meetings, deliver presentations, participate in product training sessions, and conduct site visits as required.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding product details and technical information.
Ensure smooth project handover and provide continuous customer support following the sale.
Follow up on leads and activities necessary to drive order closure and sales success.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in the IT or Audiovisual industry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
