Job summary

A leading company in the poultry industry is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in F&B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a comprehensive understanding of market trends.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and profitability across diverse markets.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the poultry industry.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and challenges to offer tailored poultry product solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing assigned targets.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns,demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential stock issues to prevent wastage or product unavailability

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify untapped growth opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our market reach.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in F&B foodservice sales, with a strong background in the poultry industry.
