A leading company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and execute strategies for customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end semiconductor equipment and be skilled in customer support. Job Responsibilities:
Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales targets for assigned customer accounts.
Ensures product pricing aligns with the Company’s targeted profit margins, supporting improvements in sales performance and customer support, including necessary adjustments to maintain objectives.
Organizes and delivers training sessions or presentations for customers as needed to support product knowledge and engagement.
Provides daily customer support by addressing inquiries related to product quality, availability, and delivery, while also offering initial technical assistance and coordinating with suppliers to deliver effective technical solutions.
Supports the Company’s revenue goals by assisting in the prompt resolution of accounts receivable matters as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in front-end semiconductor equipment, vacuum pumps, or semiconductor filters.
Candidates with related or transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage
