Location: Singapore (Field sales with client visits)
Salary Range: SGD 3,500 – 5,000 (basic) + Uncapped Commission (OTE SGD 6,000 – 10,000+)

Industry Focus: POS, SaaS, ERP, or Digital Payment Solutions for F&B (Restaurants, Cafes, Cloud Kitchens, Bars) & Health/Beauty (Salons, Spas, Aesthetic Clinics, Retailers)

About the Role

We are looking for a hunter-style Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling software solutions to Singapore's F&B and/or Health & Beauty businesses. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and the ability to consultatively sell tech solutions that improve operations, payments, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development (80%)
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    Actively cold-call, email, and visit F&B owners, franchise managers, and Health/Beauty business decision-makers.
    Leverage industry events, trade shows, and associations (e.g., Singapore Restaurant Association, Spa & Wellness Association) for networking.
  • Solution Selling:
    Conduct "needs analysis" to align our software (e.g., POS, inventory management, CRM, loyalty programs) with client pain points.
    Deliver customized demos and handle objections effectively.
  • Deal Closing:
    Negotiate pricing and contracts,
    Close 5–10 new deals per quarter (depending on deal size).
2. Account Management & Retention (20%)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and work with the Customer Success team to reduce churn.
  • Identify expansion opportunities (e.g., multi-location rollouts, add-on services).
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor competitors and provide feedback to product teams.
  • Share insights on industry trends (e.g., cloud kitchens, QR ordering, AI-driven retail tech).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Experience

2–5 years in B2B sales, preferably selling:

  • POS systems, SaaS, ERP, or digital payment solutions
  • To F&B (restaurants, cafes, chains) OR Health/Beauty (salons, clinics, retailers)
    Hunter mentality – Proven ability to cold-call, door-knock, and close deals independently.
    Existing network of F&B owners, retail managers, or franchise operators in Singapore.
Preferred Skills

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable demonstrating software (prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce).
Consultative Selling – Ability to diagnose business pain points (e.g., "Do you struggle with staff scheduling or inventory waste?").
Negotiation & Persuasion – Can handle price objections and position value over cost.
Fluent in English + 1 local language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) to engage SMEs.
