Requirements
At least 3 years experience working in Semi-conductor industry or liaising with customers from Semi-conductor industry, industrial pumps and filtration industry, or similar sectors
Job Accountability
Implements sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned accounts
Ensures that the products are appropriately priced to meet the targeted profit margin as set by the Company to improve on sales and customer support for resolution, maintaining or adjusting actions
Conducts or organizes training seminars and presentations for customers when required
Provides daily customer service to resolve customer questions and concerns regarding quality, availability, and delivery, and also provides first-hand technical assistance to customers and coordinates Suppliers’ technical resources to ensure that technical solutions are developed to meet customer satisfaction
Facilitates the speedy resolution of accounts receivable issues as assigned in order to support the achievement of Company revenue targets
