Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Present and demonstrate product solutions to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Provide insights on local market needs to enhance product offerings.
  • Responsible for meeting individual annual sales targets as set by management.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office software or SaaS/PaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of software sales cycles and licensing models.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural understanding.
