Job description

What you will be working on:
  • Execute day-to-day sales activities, including handling sales inquiries, preparing and following up on quotations/tenders, and addressing customer feedback.
  • Plan and implement tactical sales action plans to grow sales and profit margins, achieving sales targets and performance goals.
  • Create new contacts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers.
  • Stay informed of market and industry trends, as well as competitors, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and trade requirements.
  • Manage all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care, ensuring zero bad debts.
  • Achieve KPIs and other work assigned by the management.
What we are looking for:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of technical sales or customer service experience in the building materials/construction industry preferred.
  • Experience in project management and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Possess a Class 3 Driving License with own vehicle.
  • Willingness to work in a construction site or dusty environment.
