Fascina Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in the Tuas Bay Region and will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth across our range of innovative products and solutions.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Presenting and demonstrating our products and services to customers
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive customer support
Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Account and Relationship Management field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
Thorough understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to identify and convert leads
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software
A team player with a positive, results-driven attitude
