Senior Sales Executive

Faststream Recruitment has been retained by a well-respected and leading technical solutions and services provider in the marine industry to identify, attract, and engage an experienced and high performing Senior Sales Support Executive.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

1. The accurate and timely processing of customer orders,
2. Managing customer inquiries,
3. Communicating customer issues as needed, and
4. Collaborating with the different departments in the organization.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Support Executive with excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in the Marine or Shipping Industry.

This position will suit someone who enjoys being a self-starter and quick learner who possesses the ability to be effective at addressing issues and interfacing with both internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to interact with customers effectively and efficiently and fully comprehend the products and services offered.
