Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Present and demonstrate product solutions to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for strategic adjustments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Provide insights on local market needs to enhance product offerings.
- Responsible for meeting individual annual sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office software or SaaS/PaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of software sales cycles and licensing models.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural understanding.
