Job Description:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets as well as pursue new accounts development in untapped markets
  • Devise strategy to promote and sell our service
  • Take pride in professional account servicing and be committed to close every business deal with integrity and thorough servicing
  • Meet and liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on projects, including project status reports and sales forecast reports
  • Prepare and deliver marketing plans to achieve key objectives
  • Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
  • Maintain good relationship with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in campaign / events
  • Spearhead and develop creative and integrated media solutions for clients to maximise the impact of the marketing campaigns by using offline and online engagement solutions offered by the agency
  • Strategies, execute and evaluate all digital marketing and social media campaigns and activities – across all different platforms – for internal and external projects
  • Assist to organise campaign / events
  • Produce, execute and deliver projects on time, within budget and exceeding all clients’ expectations
  • Identify trends and insights, keep abreast of new social media or creative executions and digital marketing trends
  • Participate and provide ideas during internal creative brainstorming sessions and occasionally for client pitches
  • Collaborate with a team of creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
  • Any ad-hoc duties as directed

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Business Administration / Sales / Digital Marketing / Marketing / Mass Communications / Creative / Media and Advertising or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of client servicing or B2B experience
  • Be proactive with good communication skill, customer focused and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
  • Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
