Senior Sales Executive

Our client is a well-established leader in food ingredient industry. They’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive, who will be responsible in expanding and managing sales activities for their food business.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with your supervisor to drive portfolio development and improvements by identifying both short- and long-term business opportunities
  • Expand and grow the assigned customer database and sales volume through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision-makers at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives, to understand their business strategies and product offerings
  • Work in partnership with inhouse chefs to introduce and promote new and existing recipes and offer product recommendations or alternatives to enhance customer recipes based on their specific needs
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
  • Conduct regular market visits to key and strategic customers to maintain presence and strengthen partnerships
  • Support and participate in industry tradeshows and promotional events as required
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Food Science and Technology or relevant
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in food ingredient industry
  • Sales and account management experience in bakery and handling industrial customers are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including both verbal and written
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
