Job summary

A leading security solutions provider in Singapore seeks an experienced sales professional to manage accounts and achieve sales targets for security products and systems. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in electronics security sales and excellent communication skills. This role requires strong customer focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job description

Reporting to the Sales Manager/Sales Director, you will be responsible for securing sales of security products & systems and achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts of strategic importance and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, architects.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure designed systems meet their expectations and comply with tender specifications.
  • Prepare and follow up on tenders and quotations.
  • Provide market and competition update and report key competitive activities and customer behavior.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Maintain an awareness of new development in the industry.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
  • With 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in product and system sales in electronics security.
  • Preferably with project sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Solid existing sales portfolio and proven track record in sales growth.
  • Strong customer focus, team player, independent and result‑orientated.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset.
  • Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast‑paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams.
