Job description

Our client, a leading German manufacturer specializing in electrical and building installation technology, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their admirable team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global company recognized for engineering excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales leads and strengthen long-term client relationships

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to grow the distributor and customer base

  • Engage project stakeholders—including owners, consultants, and contractors—to understand and fulfill their technical and commercial needs

  • Organize and lead product seminars, technical training sessions, and promotional events

  • Manage and support partners and distributors to ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met

  • Conduct daily team check-ins to align on goals and monitor performance

  • Compile and manage monthly sales reports and oversee year-end close processes

  • Mentor, train, and motivate local distributors and sales partners to boost performance

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in electrical installation product

  • Proven experience in design and specification work within the building industry
