Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement all strategic sales programs to support corporate goals and sales performance targets.
  2. Accountable for maximizing profit margins and fulfilling predetermined sales targets.
  3. Create monthly/annual sales and forecast budgets, as well as sales proposals for customers.
  4. Manage projects and oversee department profit and loss responsibilities.
  5. Stay current on industry news, trends, products, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to the company's offerings.
  6. Lead discussions on technical solutions with clients to build credibility and trust.
  7. Plan manpower and work schedules; mentor and supervise technicians performing service jobs.
  8. Inspect and install engines, stern tubes, and deck machinery on boats.
  9. Manage stock inventory, including tracking and ordering supplies.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies and understand account approaches.
  11. Provide regular, accurate reports to the Managing Director regarding sales and account status.
  12. Contribute to organizational and sales team development through training and coaching.
  13. Deliver sales presentations and technical discussions to clients.
  14. Prepare sales forecasts, negotiate contracts, and generate customer quotations.
  15. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  16. Participate in exhibitions and trade shows to promote the company.
  17. Ensure employee well-being, discipline, and performance, adhering to legal and company regulations.
  18. Maintain health and safety standards for department employees, subcontractors, and other staff.
  19. Ensure departmental compliance with ISO management systems.
  20. Meet EHS requirements for all stakeholders.
  21. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Marine or Offshore/Oil & Gas industry.
