Are you a highly skilled and results-driven sales professional with deep expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) or Semiconductor technologies? We are expanding our team and seeking two Senior Sales Engineers / Key Account Managers who are passionate about delivering innovative solutions and building lasting client relationships.

In these critical roles, you will leverage your technical acumen to understand complex client needs, present cutting-edge solutions, and drive significant business growth within your assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and market penetration for our BMS and/or Semiconductor product/solution portfolio.

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their strategic objectives and pain points.

  • Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales follow-up.

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for clients.

  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new client acquisition.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, proposals, and contract negotiations.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in BMS and Semiconductor fields.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related technical field).

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Building Management Systems (BMS) or Semiconductor industries.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.

  • Strong technical understanding of BMS solutions (e.g., HVAC controls, energy management, automation) OR Semiconductor processes, equipment, or materials.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
