Opening Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer or Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales of pneumatic components and automation solutions across Southeast Asia.

This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in industrial automation or pneumatic systems who enjoy combining technical expertise with customer engagement. You will be responsible for business development, key account management, and regional sales activities, ensuring we meet and exceed sales targets.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Promote and sell pneumatic components (cylinders, valves, air preparation units, fittings, etc.) and automation-related products to OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new customers and markets within Southeast Asia, focusing on industrial automation applications.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions using pneumatic and automation components.
  • Technical Support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, application advice, and training.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
  • Regional Travel: Travel across Southeast Asia to visit customers, attend trade shows, and support regional partners.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of pneumatic components or industrial automation products.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, industrial automation applications, and automation processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technical environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently.
  • Proficiency in English; other regional languages are a plus.
