Senior Sales & Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:

· Basic Up $6500

· Working Location: Changi South

· Working Days: Mon-Fri

· Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Description

· Sales support & Coordination – Collaborate closely with Sales team to support business operaitone

· Preparation of relevant documents & Sales Documents

· Order Management & Fulfillment

· Handle special delivery, urgent orders and exception cases efficiently

· Act as primary point of contact for customers enquiries

· Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving or excess stock

· Prepare regular sales and operations reports

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards

· Identify areas of improvement for operational effciency

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in relevant studies

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination

· Experience with ERP and CRM Systems

· Prior experience to international supplier coordination /supply chain will be advantageous
