THE ROLE: Senior Sales Consultant/Deputy Manager, Sales

Kaplan Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant/Deputy Manager, Sales to drive student enrolments and achieve sales targets. The role involves managing sales conversion rates, conducting preview sessions, collaborating with marketing for lead generation, and enhancing customer experience through digitalization. The candidate will also develop business strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and stay ahead of competitors. This hybrid role is based at Wilkie Edge and requires strong sales experience with a proven track record.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate's key performance indicator is to meet and exceed the target enrolment.

  • To meet the targeted sales conversion rate, and if it falls short, devise action plans to improve the conversion rates.

  • To attend weekly or bi-monthly sales meetings to improve sales enrollment and to communicate and resolve sales and customer issues.

  • To attend sales training to improve product knowledge and enhance sales techniques.

  • The candidate has to schedule, plan, and run weekly Preview Sessions and attend Open House events or any off-site events that may be held on weekends.

  • To review and plan the marketing collaterals and participate in promoting social media campaigns to generate more leads through referrals.

  • To work with marketing colleagues to increase lead numbers by reviewing the A and P plans and reviewing and improving ad headlines and copywriting.

  • To initiate new product plans or revamp program curriculum or structure and give feedback to the Sales Director.

  • The candidate may need to work with key stakeholders to streamline workflow and digitalize work processes and customer touchpoints, improving work productivity and enhancing customers' interaction experience.

  • Devise strategies and plans with the Sales Director to build the business.

  • Ensure work processes adhere to SSG and PDPA regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct competitor studies to continuously provide feedback and improve our offerings.

  • Candidate has to promote more positive Google reviews as part of their KPI.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate needs to possess at least a Local Polytechnic Diploma or any Bachelor's Degree

  • Sales Experience with proven track record

Other Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

  • Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Blend of in-office and remote work)

  • Location: Wilkie Edge
