Sales Associates
This position will report to theStore Manager/Retail Manager.
Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets in our brand "Hästens". The ideal candidate must be aggressive in closing deals, demonstrate excellent customer service, and have a passion for learning about new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and post-sale support.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of products and continuously update yourself on the products features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Establish yourself as the “go-to” person for beds and sleeping advice.
- Embody a passion for Hästens and it’s heritage
- Requirements:
- Proven sales experience minimum 4 years in retail preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Aggressive, goal-oriented mindset with a "hunter" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Quick learner with a strong desire to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Bilingual and fluency in both written and conversational Chinese is a must.
