JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browser
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned
- Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers.
- This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
- Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry
- A proven track record of delivering sales targets and KPIs

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
- Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail
