Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and establish strong rapport with prospective clients across relevant industries to hunt and acquire new business.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, drive business expansion, and achieve aggressive sales targets.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with decision-makers to understand evolving customer needs and position Host’s solutions as critical to their success.

  • Value Delivery: Deliver tailored solutions that drive cost efficiency, operational improvements, and long-term ROI for customers.

  • Proposal Presentation: Confidently present technical and commercial proposals, collaborating with internal engineering and solutions teams where required.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain strong pipeline discipline through consistent follow-ups, timely documentation, and effective CRM usage.

  • Resilience and Agility: Demonstrate resilience and agility in handling rejection, competition, and evolving customer priorities.

  • Market Insights: Provide timely market feedback and insights to support product and strategy development.

Job Requirements:

Background:

  • Proven Sales Hunter Experience: Successful track record in technical, industrial, or B2B sales.

  • Sales Success: Consistently acquired new customers and exceeded sales targets.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore industrial and commercial market is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

  • Senior Role Consideration: Extensive sales experience may qualify candidates for senior roles with team advisory and mentorship responsibilities.
