Job summary

lindner facades asia pte. ltd. seeks a seasoned WSH leader to manage the company’s Workplace Safety & Health functions in Singapore.

You will recruit, develop and supervise a safety team, set corporate WSH policies, and ensure compliance across projects with main contractors and authorities. Strong leadership and MOM registration are essential for driving risk management and continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with project teams, conducting audits, and overseeing training to

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related field.
Minimum 10 years WSH experience in construction, with 5+ years in supervision.
Registered MOM WSH Officer (WSHO) status is required.
Experience managing safety personnel across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of WSH legislation and risk management.
Familiarity with ISO 45001 and bizSAFE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the WSH department with recruitment, supervision and performance management.
Develop and implement company-wide WSH policies, procedures and KPIs.
Coordinate with main contractors and authorities on WSH matters.
Oversee safety documentation: risk assessments, lifting plans, safe work procedures.
Drive continuous improvement and regular safety inspections and audits.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Deliver safety training programmes and ensure regulatory compliance.
