Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Safety (WSH) to support the implementation and coordination of Workplace Safety and Health initiatives within the Circle Line Division. The role focuses on compliance, safety processes, and building a proactive safety culture.

You will assist in data collection, incident investigations, audits, and reporting to managers, with the aim of ensuring ISO 45001 and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline with 3–5 years of WSH experience.
• WSH Officer with valid WSQ Diploma in WSH preferred.
• Experience in transport, infrastructure, or engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Lead ISO 4501 Auditor Certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of CCL SSQC work plan and safety initiatives.
• Monitor WSH performance data, prepare reports, and support incident investigations.
• Review SWPs, WIs, and RAs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate incident response planning, drills, and CAPA follow-ups.
