China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Limited is seeking an experienced SAF Trader to develop and implement SAF strategy, analyze market demand and price trends, and contribute to policy and business plans. The role covers SAF trading, hedging, logistics, and expanding SAF networks across Asia, Europe and other regions.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Chemical Engineering, economics, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of trading experience in the SAF market with understanding of regional/arbitrage flows.
• Familiar with SAF policies, regulation requirements and authorisations of international aviation organisations and regions (Asia, Europe, USA, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SAF feedstocks, aviation supply chains, sales and logistics operations, and related policies/certifications.
• Demonstrated capability in managing trading positions and pricing exposures using hedging instruments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement SAF strategy; analyse market demand, supply, price trends, and report findings.
• Conduct sustainable aviation fuel trading within delegated authorities to meet P&L targets.
• Manage SAF book position and hedging strategies; monitor hedge effectiveness per risk policies.
• Coordinate chartering, logistics, and expand SAF trading across Europe, Asia, and other markets.
• Collaborate with Hong Kong and European subsidiaries on SAF blending operations and pricing analyses.
• Drive SAF sales growth and supply development worldwide; explore HVO and biodiesel trading opportunities.
• Assist in managing SAF suppliers and cross-functional projects to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to long-term SAF resource contracts and compliance procedures for domestic/regional customers.
• Support annual sustainable development report preparation and related audits.
