Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor/ resident technical officer (RTO) to oversee construction activities in Singapore. You will monitor execution against contract drawings, manage quality, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements include a Diploma in C&S, 5 years of RTO experience (3+ years in supervision), and a valid 2025/26 RTO certification accredited by IES. Shift work including night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in C&S discipline is required.
• 5 years of relevant RTO experience, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Valid 2025/26 RTO certification accredited by IES.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site works ensuring compliance with contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality control and ensure works are within allocated timeframe.
• Inspect installations, especially monitoring instruments, and report results.
