Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Singapore is seeking a Routing & Switching - Network Engineering Advisor to join our team. You will work on enterprise-grade routing, switching, wireless, and firewall solutions in a dynamic, 24x7 environment.

The role emphasizes Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k data centre networks, Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN, and cross-functional collaboration with project managers to deliver migration and deployment projects. A strong background in ITIL processes and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years managing LAN/WAN infrastructures.
10+ years on routing, switching, and wireless.
10+ years experience with Palo Alto.
5+ years experience with Cisco ACI.

Responsibilities

Design and support routing, switching, wireless, and firewall solutions.
Implement Cisco ACI network architecture components.
Manage Palo Alto firewall configurations and policies.
Support data centre networks using Cisco ACI and Nexus 9k.
Develop migration plans from traditional data centre designs to Cisco ACI.
Integrate service appliances with Cisco ACI deployments (Application Delivery Controllers & Firewalls).
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Document escalated tickets and resolutions in ServiceNow.
Demonstrate adaptive, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Travel as required and work in a 24x7 environment.
