Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety practices and reinforce site safety rules with the team.
• Provide engineering expertise to Singapore Manufacturing Complex for safe, reliable operations.
• Support major shutdowns and major equipment maintenance activities.
• Serve as a technical contact and deliver required engineering training.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance; participate in network activities.
• Field engineering support for machinery; troubleshoot and resolve issues; ensure timely deliverables.
