Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specializing in rotating equipment for the Singapore Manufacturing Complex. You will provide engineering support across safety, design, troubleshooting, and long-term equipment improvement initiatives to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires 5–10 years of refinery or petrochemical experience, strong English communication, and the ability to collaborate with operations, maintenance, and training teams. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Rotating Equipment Vibration and Advanced Analysis expertise.
• Turbo Machinery performance analysis proficiency.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering and problem solving.
• Clear communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to the Singapore Manufacturing Complex for safe and reliable operations, including design, assessment and root cause analysis.
• Support major shutdowns and major equipment maintenance activities.
• Act as key contact for area of expertise and provide technical training as required.
• Collaborate with operations & maintenance and participate in network activities to share knowledge.
• Day-to-day field engineering support for machinery and troubleshooting on site.
• Ensure compliance with site SHE protocols and company control requirements.
