Job summary

SBS Transit Limited invites a motivated leader to head a team of Senior/Assistant Engineers and Senior Technicians for preventive and corrective maintenance on electric trains and related equipment.

You will ensure compliance with work instructions, quality procedures, safety and operational standards, plan tasks, coordinate with other sections, and manage the teams’ tools, environment, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Recognised Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university.
• Preferably at least 3 years post-graduate experience with 2 years in railway environment.
• Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to perform PM/CM on trains and equipment within standard time.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with procedures.
• Forecast resources and coordinate cross-functional tasks for maintenance.
• Maintain equipment/tools and contribute to budget control.
