We’re seeking a driven and hands-on individual to join our team as a Senior Roadshow & Events Executive / Assistant Manager. This role plays a key part in executing high-impact outreach campaigns through roadshows, activations, and events to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute roadshows and events from end-to-end — including pre-event planning, logistics, venue booking, setup, and onsite execution.
Liaise and negotiate with landlords, mall operators, and vendors to secure and confirm event spaces.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations) to align on sales objectives, visuals, and outreach flow.Oversee event setup and teardown in coordination with third-party agencies or vendors
Track event KPIs, budget vs revenue, lead and sales volumes, and other key metrics to evaluate ROI and optimise future performance
Maintain detailed records of bookings, quotations, approvals, and agreements
Manage roadshow calendar and ensure smooth execution across multiple sites
Provide onsite support during events — including some weekends and public holidays as required
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in events, activations, or roadshows
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Comfortable being onsite and handling hands-on event setup and execution
Highly organised with attention to detail and good time management
Willing to work on weekends or irregular hours when events are scheduled
Bonus
Experience in education, tech, or professional training industries in Singapore.
Familiarity with event production agencies and roadshow suppliers
Prior experience handling mall activations or outdoor events
Proficient in basic budgeting, vendor sourcing, or logistics planning
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and how roadshows support lead gen
