Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer in Development & Building Control to manage and evaluate development proposals for road clearance and compliance. You will engage with stakeholders including developers and the public to ensure adherence to LTA's standards.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Civil Engineering, possess strong management and communication skills, and be able to drive technology improvements in processes. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in road design or construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge in Civil and Structural Engineering principles.
• Experience in stakeholder management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate development proposals for Roads & Parking clearance.
• Liaise with developers and the public regarding compliance requirements.
• Drive improvements in work processes through technology adoption.
